Click the Run Custom Test button, as shown above, will take you to the screen below:

If you have any custom tests already set up then you will be able to Run (1) them or Modify/Delete (2) them from this page, as shown above. Each custom test also has check marks to show you which tests are to be performed, very useful when there are many custom tests to choose from.
To create a new custom test fill in a unique name (3) and click the Create Test (3) button, again shown above. This will take you to a page similar to the one below:
This page is used to choose which tests are to be performed for this custom test.
As you can see above, there are check boxes (1) next to each type of test. Simply check the boxes to include these tests. When a test has been checked you will see a show options (2) link appear. This can be clicked to show various additional options for each test.
Section 3 on the image above is where to set the order the tests are performed in. Simply click the up/down arrows to the left of the test names in the section to set the order.
When all the options have been set click the save test button to return to the tests overview page.
The custom test you have just created will now appear at the top of the custom tests list.
