To start the test click the "Click to start test" button as shown in fig 1 above.
The MyVideo test performs video jitter and audio jitter for the connection. The criteria are plotted separately as shown below in fig 2:

In the example above the results are average with all plots appearing towards in the middle of the scale.
The two extra tabs shown above are Summary and Advanced. These appear after the test has completed.
Summary Tab 
The graph tab is shown below in fig3:

The summary tab shows exactly what you would expect, a summary of the test that has just been performed. The colored circles to the left of the text are there to give you a quick indication of how well the test went. The explanation shows the jitter measurements and what quality streaming the connection should be able to support.
Advanced Tab
The graph tab is shown below in fig4:

The advanced tab shows audio and video stream packet loss and discards along with the jitter measurements. In this case the packet loss was perfect in that none were lost or discarded during the test.
If packet loss is experienced this is normally due to increased traffic on the connection being tested.
