Entering your license key

Entering your license key is done in the browser user interface. To get to this interface either browse to it directly using the IP address and port number you set or you can click the "enter key" link in the client view. Linux users will have to browse directly to their server via the browser.

If you have not already logged on to your server then you will be prompted for a username and password.

If you have used the enter key link then you will be directed to the correct view once you have entered your username and password. If you have browsed directly to your server then you need to click on the Server Configuration link in the Administration section then click the Server Licensing link, as shown below:

Once you have clicked the server licensing link you will get the screen shown below:

Simply copy and paste your MyConnectionServer license key from your Visualware confirmation email directly into the license key text box shown above. Once it has been pasted click the update button. If the key has been entered correctly then your copy of MyConnection Server will activate.
