Setting a NetQCheck Agent to test to a Satellite Server

Step 1

Click on the Connected link in the Access and NQC section of the Administration panel in the MCS main menu.

Step 2

Next to the NetQCheck Agent click the Remote Agent link.

This will bring up the work order for the NQC Agent.

Step 3

The work order will detail the test(s) being done.

If more than one test is scheduled in the work order then each one will require and update to the settings to point testing to a Satellite Server.

To do this click the Modify link.

Step 4

Choose Another MyConnection Server from the drop down menu.

Enter the domain/IP and password of the Satellite Server and click the Save Test button to confirm.

The NQC Agent should now test to the Satellite Server.
