| Term Licenses | • Term licenses are available for 1, 2 or 3-year terms. At the end of the license term the software expires. • Software upgrades are included during the license term. • Technical support is included during the license term. |

| Perpetual Licenses | • Perpetual licenses have a one-time license fee, the software never expires. • Technical Support and Upgrades are included in the Annual Maintenance Service, which is an annual fee. |

| MCS Product Packages | ||||
| MySpeed Standard | • This is a basic MySpeed license, it includes the speed test applet only without the server-side database or
other shared components. The testing mode is HTTP only (does not include socket-to-socket testing). It allows unlimited users to perform browser-based speed tests. • The Standard license is tied to a domain, upon purchase you will need to provide the domain that will be used to host the MySpeed applet. |

| Concurrent Remote Agent Tests Add-On Packs | ||||
| X CAT Add-on Pack | • Enables X number of Concurrent Remote Agent Tests, allows a maximum number of concurrent connection tests of active Remote Agents (RA)s. For example, if an active RA is defined to perform connections tests to 3 locations (to the the MCS Server and/or Satellite Servers), it counts as 3 concurrent tests. RAs and Satellite Servers can be moved and redeployed to new systems an unlimited number of times. • Add-On Packs will ‘add-to’ a new or existing MCS license. For example, if you have an MCS license with no CATs, the 5 CAT Add-On will allow 5 concurrent tests. If you have an MCS license with 10 CATs, the 5 CAT Add-On will then allow you a total of 15 CATs. |
