Availability and Service Monitoring - MCS MonitorMyConnection Server 9 now includes a comprehensive suite of monitoring services to ensure availability and performance of critical applications, services and devices that are material to the customer experience. Service monitoring allows MyConnection Server to validate these important services to ensure that customer has a good quality of experience. For example MyConnection Server can measure the availability of critical routers and firewalls affecting a large customer base using the Ping monitor or measure the performance of a VoIP SIP switch for large VoIP customer base. MyHiSpeed Network Test ModuleMyHiSpeed tests high bandwidth fiber connections from 100Mbps to gigabit speeds over latencies up to 60 milliseconds
MyFirewall Network Test ModuleMyFirewall enables quick and easy testing of port availability for TCP and UDP ports, providing a quick means to test client's ability to connect with critical applications such as VoIP call, video conferencing, email, web and CITRIX access. Port tests can be performed on-demand via a support web portal, or via remote agents that automate the process and minimize customer involvement.
