MCS Monitor monitors the availability for your critical IP services, applications and systems/devices, providing real time and historical reports for availability and response times. MCS Monitor is an optional component of the MyConnection Server (MCS) network performance management application. The out-of-the-box functionality and user-friendly interface gets you set up in minutes, a built-in web server provides browser-based administration and reporting for easy access by support groups from multiple remote locations. MCS Monitor monitors today's most commonly used protocols supporting business applications including HTTP, FTP, POP3 and SNMP. In addition, response time is measured at regular intervals for devices/servers, routers and DNS, automated SIP testing monitors availability of essential VoIP communication services. |

Monitor Service and Device Availability from Multiple Locations MCS Monitor can be combined with the MCS Automated Remote Testing to significantly extend monitoring capabilities with testing from MCS Remote Agents deployed to key remote locations. Testing from multiple locations helps identify problems/outages affecting a particular device or network. ![]() Get instant alerts of poor performance to resolve problems before service delivery is affected
Quick notification of poor response or downed system/service can help you to react quickly to restore service and reduce costly service outages. Alerts can be configured for different warning levels to fit in with escalation policies. Receive alerts by email, or easily view summarized alert reports for the past hour, day, 30 days or custom time period. Alerting option is available with the CAT Add-on Pack.
