The MCS self-help solution provides an 'access anywhere', 'use everywhere' model allowing user communities to easily test their connection for broadband speed and capacity, data quality analysis, firewall testing, network routing, and media based testing for VoIP and Video. Presentation and test results and can be customized for advanced and novice users alike to deliver better understanding and acceptance of issues that affect the user experience.
In all cases test results are logged to the MCS central server(s), allowing support groups and engineers to quickly resolve issues that impact the customer Quality of Experience (QoE).
